LOL. I like fenikkusuken's comment, and agree whole-heartedly.

The way Zack is presented here, I am both amused by him, and at the same time I'm glad Tifa's a blow to his ego. He's been a little too successful with the opposite sex, this Zack, and it's not good for him.

Cold shower Zack. And thoughts about someone else!

He's never been shot down before, so he's definitely a cockier Zack than I usually write, and no massive trauma in his life to uhh...build character. :P

Tifa's so into Cloud anyway that she could walk in and find Zack naked with a "Take Me" sign in his neck and be indifferent. ;)

LOL. Oh, it's so great to see Zack's normal bag of charm and smiles not work on a girl! Though, a part of me feels sorry for Zack. Poor guy... he's never getting Tifa away from Cloud.

belated but just had to say - that cake is SO going to burn - lol.

Also, it's nice to see Tifa and Cloud so good and non-traumatized together and just happy for once. Seeing it from an outside view was pretty hot too. And as cute as Zack is - I'm in the agreement here - it's nice to see Zack's usual bag o' tricks not only not working but going entirely over a girl's head. Sorry, Zack, she's far too wrapped up in Cloud - which works 'cause he seems pretty dang wrapped up around her too.

It would be devastating if the truth ever came out. I enjoyed this - but I enjoyed the fact it was full of two such clueless and trusting lovers too. Excellently done!

Happy Cloud and Tifa make me insanely giddy. And I can't see them doubting each other--or even a friend, so yeah, oblivious and open and trusting. And so lovable. ♥

And yeah, there's a good chance the cake will "accidentally" burn...
