Hee, poor Jackal and Marui do sometimes get lost in the Rikkai Shuffle, don't they? This was really nice, understated and calm. I really liked the Niou-Yagyuu interaction too.

He tasted green apple and sugar, taunt and reminder; this was his to return to, he would not forget that and the thought to do so never entered his head.

I think that was my favorite bit.
