Research to find what your target person likes, what they find relaxing, what helps them to feel ok. This will be your point of leverage.
Attach a price tag, expectation, pressure, and even the occasional snide remark to the aforementioned point of leverage. These things will serve nicely to drain all joy that was felt from what were innocent and pressure free activities, making them feel no longer free, but instead full of surveillance and judgement.
Things that were outlets for anxiety and releases of stress will be turned into sources of anxiety and stress with this one simple technique when applied correctly. Like putting salt on a slug - so easy you could almost do it in your sleep, or by accident really.
We know that joy is what keeps a person's heart 'light'. With no joy remaining in these previous outlets for stress and anxiety, the heart, now effectively as heavy as lead, sinks, and the body must follow the heart.
Watch as they fall to the ground.
