garlic mustard

my fellow americans (and canadians), if you see any of this in woodsy areas, pull it out.
it's good eatin' and all, but it is not a plant native to north america, and can make life difficult for native species.

First-year garlic mustard:


--this is the only time you'd really want to consider eating it, according to this gal.

If you let it survive over the winter into a second year, it'll look like this:
