Look Ma, I still draw!
So been awhile since I've posted any artwork on this journal, I think most people have moved on from LiveJournal to places like Facebook and Twitter.
Anyway here's something I did recently, my first new piece for 2011. I'm going to try and be more productive this year in terms of artwork. Also going to try and work on my colouring more. You can see from this one and I am trying new things rather then my simple cell style shading I was doing for a long time.
Here's the inks for the above piece. The actual thing is inked copy paper size. Remember when I used to do 90% of my art at comic book size and spend ages inking it. These days I tend to ink most things copy paper size, but if it's going to be a larger size or something for print, I would do it larger then shrink it down, since that makes the inks a lot more crisper.
