Remarks: I ordered 4 items and 3 items went OOS. thou refunds were made but when asking what are my items left but no reply were given. reasons is becos i will not request for registered mail if i am only left with 1 item as it was kinda troublesome for me to go to post office. thanks.

you did not reply to my email after making refunds. you did not state which are the items oos and did not clarify the amount refunded.

since i'm only left with 1 item i would not need the registered mail.

Hi Jiahui

I seek for your understanding that certain apparels do go oos at the point of time when I order from the supplier and I did not receive any email from you regarding to the available apparels you have at that time. My apologies for not informing you the item which goes oos but I hope you understand that I cannot change postage mode since you have decided on registered, as it will turn out of place on my list and more over I'm holding a full-time job. Hope this suffice. =)
