Name of Spree: Everyday minerals spree #2 Feedback: Positive comments: Efficient organizer. Items received but was overcharged for postage, even if it's just 10cents. Quite disappointed that items were not bubblewrapped and left loose in the envelope. Envelope could have been sealed with tape because the items were quite heavy and the envelope opened quite easily. Thank goodness none of the items were lost when Singpost handled it. =/
Name of Spree: Everyday minerals spree #2 Feedback: Negative comments: this is based on this spree experience. i have never encountered missing mails/ empty envelopes in the many many sprees i've joined. i'm not trying to say the org is irresponsible, but just that there are improvements that can be made.
as mentioned by the above spreer, the envelope could have been sealed with tape cos the items were heavy. the contents of my package were totally emptied. all i received was an empty envelope for all that i've paid. it is really disappointing. hence, the negative rating on the experience of this spree. hope that improvements can be made to enhance the spree experience.

Name of Spree: Everyday minerals spree #2 Feedback: Neutral Comments: Efficient organizer but as mentioned the above spree-ers, items were left loosely in envelope and not properly wrapped. I ordered 2 pressed palettes and the make-up they contained broke into many fragments. I understand that it's due to the rough handling of the postman but I would have gladly topped up 50cents for some bubble wrapping around fragile items. Hopefully items can be properly wrapped in future sprees.. :)
