is it a tube jumper or it includes the strap (halter or something?)
the length 80cm is from shoulder (if there's strap) or chest.

waist 26 in = 66 cm
hip 36in= 91.4cm

Measurement for jumper is
Measurement: 60-100cm [Chest] 80cm [Waist] 96cm[Hip] 80cm [Length]
