Not efficient, lack of proper OFFICIAL updates, not forgetting to mention the unfriendly replies to our queries. Kept the spree hanging there for 2 months plus, cancelled it and took days to refund us. I believe PGmall would have taken less than a week to reply but you proved otherwise. (I have ordered from them before) Organiser refused to let me know the email used to order too so we can't do anything to verify the orders. This is an extremely unpleasant spree I've ever participated. I'll definitely make it a point not join any of your future sprees again.
