Qtn 1) how do i estimate the cost of my item?
Price of item X exchange Rate x concerige fee 2% + vpost shipping
For example u wanna get the below item,

Estimated cost of item would be, USD 109 X 0.75 (25% off) X 1.02 X 1.35 + SGD 30 = SGD 180.10
(based on experience, Shipping cost is abt S$7 for iphone casing, S$14 for accessories/wristlet/wallets; S$18 for Clutches; $$20-$40 for Bags)
Qtn 2) How long do I have to wait for the items to reach?
11th Jan : spree open.
17th Jan : spree closed.
21st Jan : all items shipped out from KS
28th Jan : all items expected to reach vpost usa
4th Feb : items expected to reach me.
Qtn 3) How do I know if my orders has been taken in and made?
A mass email would be sent once yr orders are made, this also means payment has been received.
(orders would only be made once payment is received)
Qtn 4) How come some styles are available yesterday but its not available today?
Kate spade inventory is quite erratic at times, in order to avoid disappointment. Do send in order + payment asap. I will order as orders + payment comes in.
Qtn 5) How do i make payment?

Email 1 : When spree closes. mass email will be sent to inform of all orders made and selection of final distribution mode. (Whether its self collect, reg mail or normal mail)
Email 2 : When all the items reach vpost USA. Final costing would be sent for topups.

Terms & Conditions
- I will only take in PAID orders.
- I shall not be held responsible if items shipped are of the wrong size/colour, damaged and/or missing
- Will extend/cancel/close spree depending on response
- I shall not be responsible for lost mail but would write return address.
Things to note
1) Small items may/may not in kate spade boxes. Bag may/may not come with the dust bag.
2) Kate spade online inventory is quite erratic. Please give me as many alts as possible.
3) Each batch MAY only consist of 2-3Bags not exceeding USD 220 per batch. So the shipping cost may be costly.
5) Accessories / key chains would go into 1 parcel to minimize volumetric charge.
6) if your bag cost more than USD 300, please be prepared to incur GST. And there would only be ONE BAG in that parcel.

8) Please try to be understanding, I have a full time job and work commitment. Pls dont rush me to make yr orders asap and etc.
9) Try your very best to read the excel spreadsheet, It’s very taxing for me to inform separately.

11) 2% concerige fee is bcoz kate spade no longer accept intl cards. i would be using a friend card. she charges me 2% of the total amount. (if yr bag is U$200, u are paying US$4 more only)
