Let's look at the origin of this LIE, and how Ukrainian propaganda machine works. Originally the information about the bodies dumped to the lake by separatists came from the website inforesist.org which gave no mention of its sources:

It was published on 10th of June. The website is also known for false information injections. Several hours later this injection was picked up by the speaker of the Kievs "Anti-Terrorist Operation" Vladimir Seleznev. The information was published here:

Also in the article Seleznev stated that the information about separatists dumping the bodies cannot be verified until the operation is over. Note that he also did not give any sources.
Next the infamous inforesist.org publishes another article that quotes Seleznev as the source. In reality however the web-site is just retranslating its own injection through the mouth of the official thereby giving it weight:

Now the injection, rubber stamped by Kiev is spread around the websites of 2nd 3rd degree. For example:

Than the general makes an appearence on one of the central Ukrainian TV channels and retranslates the message. Again he gives no sources, as if he himself got this information first hand. All that is left is for Ukrainian central media agencies to do is to retranslate his words and present it as a credible information. That is what they are doing successfuly now. I am pretty sure this information will leak to the western press also, which is eager to get any information incriminating the Donbas militia.
