I'm shocked!!! I didn't expect to lose any thing this week because of Easter and every thing. I've tried to be good and saved all my flex points for the weekend, so that might have helped. This week in addition to being accountable for every little BLT, my goal is to get the water in. I usually drink 3 pops a day. While they don't count toward my point count, I've always heard the caffeine and carbonation slow weight loss. Plus there are undeniable benefits to drinking more water. My ultimate goal is 1 pop a day for my caffeine (have to have at least a little) and then nothing but water and tea the rest of the day. This week, however, my realistic goal and new rule is that I can't have my pop with popcorn unless I've had my 8 glasses of water.
