Character tidbit: Monaco is mostly quiet and reserved, but she sure as hell knows how to host a good party, especially this year, which marks the 100th anniversary of the adoption of her Constitution. Beneath her somewhat demure exterior lies a cool and calculating mind, with exceptional aptitude for figures, which comes in handy for counting cards, er, keeping score at the Blackjack tables. She will often seem lost in thought or looking down her nose, as she is constantly observing and evaluating, but never scheming; she’s actually really friendly!
Like Seychelles, Monaco is a tiny nation, all about her tourism. With her mild temperatures, world-famous casino, and equally renown sporting events, she attracts visitors from the world over all year, and accepts them all; most people living in Monaco are not Monégasque. She has her best relations with Greece, Italy, and France, who all had a hand in raising her, especially France, to whom she is tied by military and customs (she is a full member of the U.N., but not of the E.U., though she does use the Euro for currency). She was also very close to America when HSH Princess Grace was still alive.
tl;dr - quiet but friendly and very smart; welcomes the world; tourism and casinos.
