Lurking in the Shadows
I'm here, just not 'here' We made a last minute trip to IN last weekend and froze. It was cold, wet, and rainy; couldn't do much of anything. Saw the Hangover...one of the best comedies I have EVER seen. But warning...lots of male ass. I can't seem to get overly motivated this week. I did all the laundry; including sheets, towels, and comforters. I really haven't done any cleaning, other then vacuuming. It is a sunless, hot day...just waiting for the rain.
I did find a Lynn Truss book at Salvation Army that I didn't know existed. I was pleased :) I am rereading Harry Potter in anticipation of the movie...doubt I will see it anytime soon, but I want to be refreshed. Still hashing my way through Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I keep setting it down or putting things on top of it and it doesn't get read too often. That's what I get for reading multiple books at once :) I also have a library hold waiting for me about the culinary attitudes of the Great Depression. I am in search of a recipe that my Grandmother Powley used to make and cannot find anything close to it anywhere.
woolybear , I am off to Target this weekend and I know our had packs of the Honey lipstuff from Burts on clearence, would you like some back-ups?
