Just. Just. Shut up, Republicans! That's the fucking point! Supreme Court Justices will always have a bias, you're just upset because her bias won't be your bias!
And abortion? Really? You'd brush her off for being pro-choice I'm sure. No, you'd try and use it against her. The simple fact is that outside of the SC, these people always have an opinion on things. They always will - they are human. That does not mean they will use this bias inside the court. Perhaps yes, her liberalness might affect her views within - but this is not a bad thing. All Justices do this. You wouldn't complain a whit if she were anti-choice, pro-bible, and anti-LGBT. You only care now because she doesn't agree with you. And she's a woman. And a rumored lesbian.
Which on that note, stfu about her sexuality. Even if that biases her views - having white, straight, male Justices means they have a bias on white, straight male issues just as much as she might have on white, female, lesbian issues!
