Fandom makes me want to cry sometimes.
I facepalmed many times while searching RENT fanfictions. Seriously. Some people need to GTFO of the fandom.
Let's take a look, shall we?
"A sick and delirious Mark talks to dead April in feverish delusions, looking for answers. Collins and Roger try to see Mark through his illness. NO SLASH! Rating for language."
Ok, the problem with this? The giant "NO SLASH." They say it like there is something wrong with slash. Question: DO THEY KNOW WHAT FANDOM THIS IS, GOOD GOD.
"Post Rent, Everyones alive and happy that makes it AU 'cause Angel's alive and Roger is going to purpose to Mimi, but something happens to delay the purposal.....I'm like the worst person at writing summaries Rated T cuz of language and cuz its Rent."
There's so many things wrong with this summary that this is the only response I can possibly give.
"Mark sees a girl about 16 in the park alone and beaten and thinks that him and the gang should help her, and become almost like a family for her. Bad summary. Angel lives. Mimi doesn't."
4 words in, and I'm fairly sure it's a Mary Sue. 6 words in, it's almost a guarantee. After that it's a full guarantee with a useless warranty that will never be needed. "Bad summary" almost always means "this is a really crappy fic and I am trying to make it sound better than it is."
"Our beloved Boho's in junior high school. AngelCollins RogerApril, later RogerMimi, MoJo, Mark/OC, OC/OC"
Junior high. Not even high school. This screams to me that someone is writing their first fanfic at the tender age of 13. Mark/OC makes a very likely Sue. OC/OC means they threw in more "main characters" which, at that point, face it we've got Sues and Stus.
"Maureen and Joanne are parents to a baby girl named Peyton This is dedicated to my best friend. Shout Out to MirabellaKarie who is helping with editing the story"

Houston we have our first Gary-Stu! He's related to a Bohemian! He falls in love with another! He apparently succeeds! He moves in with them!
"Mark's first love was Roger's little sister. It was a long time coming, but when it happened it seemed to take everyone by surprise. But with the Davis' family troubles and a few other problems, will this relationship stand the test of time?"

"Mark has fallen in love at last! ANd the girl couldn't fit in better with the Boho gang. But when Mimi is sick and help can't get to her what will happen.... all the couples from the play, rated T because its RENT. It may change later."
She couldn't fit in better! It's like the author took the definition of a Mary Sue and replaced "Mary Sue" with pronouns.

"Just a little fluff with the newest couple, Collins and Alison Grey! I am way too cool, aren't I? :DDD R&R! Rated T for just a little word. :"
