I don't know how to say this...
but i would love to keep participating.
but i just haven't gotten the time.
i keep trying to remind myself when i get to my moms, but since fridays are duedates, i just can't force making time into very little time. ive wanted to participate in earlier posts... but i just can't make it... and when i actually do realize... it's already too late. maybe if this community can go into hiatus... maybe we can ALL participate and advertise this community as best as we could. but that's if the members decide to keep this community alive....

id hate to see this community say goodbye....

i wouldn't mind making the contests longer. that's definitely a possibility.

i'm just afraid that as they go on, people forget you know? and a week goes by and the deadline's passed because they've forgotten!
but maybe that's just my absent-minded self.

I've got two suggestions.

1. Make some banners, I'm sure we can all promote.

2. Rather than Friday, make the due date on a Sunday night. I don't make icons myself, but I sure am a procrasinator, and I'm sure many here can relate to that. If you tell people to make icons, they'll be all "oh, I'll do it later" and completely forget about it because they're busy with school and stuff. Especially at this time of year, because everything is winding down, and I know that I'm really busy, and I think it's safe to assume many of you are too. If you make it at the end of a weekend, and remind people on Fridays, they probably won't be as busy because it's the weekend, and they'll be reminded to make one then.

Just some ideas, and I hope the second one made sense...
