It turns out, that if you're having problems breathing, the best thing to do is draw with a sharpie of various sizes for hours. And like a foot away from your face too. That helps more. If you're also having problems waking up in the morning, it's best to stay up until a late hour. Doing both is a sure sign of success! You can tell by all the pain your body is in.
But what sucks is that my portfolio will still be horrible in the morning. Maybe I'll post pictures when I'm less dead.
