buy every copy you can find.

oh but wait, don't actually watch it.

rather, take all of those copies, tie them to a sizeable stack of TNT and blow them up.

I'm glad that you both found it to be ridiculous -- because I think there are plenty of people who do and will consider it seriously. (But that's a post for my journal!). Anyway, I think parts of it were probably the most offensive movie I have seen all summer in terms of attacking my faith, (and my basic sensibilities) and I also think that, living in the culture and society which we do, that it is a dangerous film.

And, yeah, there were a few laughs, weren't there -- but even more with Apples to Apples. Who knew Jenny had it in her to be so darn saracastic!!

well, I didn't actually "watch" tenacious d -- or else I think that might have won the most offensive contest!!

And borat had that one unnecessary and offensive scene, but it at least did have a thought provoking message about who we are as americans. AND, it was obviously meant to be entertaining, humorous and tongue in check, whereas The Secret is promoted as a means to make your life "fulfilled." Wait -- I think what I mean is not that I am "anti" The Secret, but I am "pro" Catholic and reality!!!
