SUCH A GOOD DAY!
so today was the perfect day for the best game ever!!
it was senior day and I can not even put into words the sadness and gratitude that I felt when I saw that field and those juniors standing by the bases. I saw the work and care that they put into it and it really meant a lot. We took our last trip around the bases and got our roses and it couldn't have gone better. I really love those girls, I love this team, and I love this sport. I can't believe we just played our last regular season home game. We killed them and played so well. I think we're back and this streak is just gonna get hotter.
11-1 beat Rockville today. Went 4-4 (i think)with technically probably a single but GRAND SLAM baby..it was awesome. solid defense solid hitting solid game
6-4 BEAT DAMASCUS!! best game EVER!! we played awesome, outfield making those amazing catches, hit well..ball to the SIDEWALK!(def this bat- i LOVE THIS BAT) and then kicking her in the crotch...just amazing, it was a great feeling beating those girls...we BEAT them, they didn't lose..that's the best part.
ohhh man...we've been through so many ups and downs and i want it so badly...
