Today I am thankful for: my manager. She commended me for the good work I did while my team lead was gone. I feel so fulfilled. Hard work pays off. Always have.
Recognition is very important. It boosts morale and encourages the person to work harder. It makes the person feel important and that he contributed alot with the work he put in. It's just sad that some people don't get the credit that they deserve.
Another thing I am thankful for: a very supportive family. no matter how noisy or annoying or pilosopo they get, I still love them! :D
