Oh yes, here ya'll go. I was suppose to sumo hockey last night at the game vs Fresno. It was the Condors Booster Club vs the Falcons booster club. Yeah, we actually talked Falcons Boosters' into doing it. Well, I felt like crap and was about thisclose to not doing it and just staying home and getting better. But ya'll know me. I won't miss a game. I went with broncolitis(sp?) before. So I get ready and go to the game. I forget that my EXCUSE for not doing sumo hockey was that I was sick so I get DRAGGED into doing it. UGH! So @ the 10 minute mark of the 1st period *yep, I missed 10 freaking minutes of the game for this stupid intermission show* I went downstairs to get suited up like a sumo person. MAN those things are HOT! I was sweating like a pig in the oven. LoL. But we finally get to go on the ice and guess who takes the face-off. ME! And I can't hold the stick with my gloves on so I drop my gloves and what happenes? The Falcon girl thinks I am trying to drop my gloves to do the "fight" we decided in the hall to "stage". So she drops her sticks and gloves and is like acting like we are fighting. So what does Breanna do? I laugh at her and take the puck towards the goal. And then what happenes? I FALL WHEN TAKING THE SWING! So I am down, the people take forever to get mny back up and I am worried that the other team scored. So I get up and my great teammate *Condors President* Kammi has the puck and shoots it to me. Well, it goes to the Falcon girl and she tries to shoot it and she fans on it so it goes to me and I take it in for a breakaway, 20 seconds to go on the clock, and I do the "Rosie-we-all-know" type of goal. I get it by their goal and I take the shot, I fall again, but I hit the puck before I fell and ask I fall everything goes in slow motion and I see the puck going towards the goal post. I think it's going to go wide and then I see the Falcon girl take a dive to block the puck buit she misses and the puck hits the post and goes in. I SCORED! I SCORED! WE WIN! WE WIN! So THAT my friends was my great Sumo Hockey night. I scored and we shut the other team out. HAHA! GO us!
