CHESS INCIDENT LEAVES ONE WOUNDED; PACE STUDENTS LEFT SHOCKED
PACE HIGH SCHOOL'S FOOTBALL PROGRAM STILL AVERAGE AT BEST
Today at Pace High School, Chris McCraw was left with a mild concussion when a chess piece was thrown across the room and struck him in the forehead. Blamed for the incident, Christina Farmer commented, "I used the king. [evil laughter]." Students across the campus were left asking questions about their own safety. "It makes you wonder how safe you really are from psychos such as her," Jena Addison commented. "I blame SGA for this," added Tina Hierholzer. First reports are that Christina was angered when Chris McCraw and Jason June purchased a candy gram, and falsely addressed it to Christina from another person. After being embarrassed, Christina quickly became angered, and threw the first thing she could find at the victim. Mr. Holland was the teacher at the scene. "I've always wondered about her," he said. Christina left us with this final comment: "I made a 98 on my Dasher essay, and that's all that really matters."
ok, ok, so nobody really said any of that but really, the news journal doesn't write any good articles about pace so i had to liven it up some. (and throw in the pace football jab) i think it was harmless for the most part and pretty funny....
