Random Thoughts/Lists

So, as i was folding my 5 loads of laundry that i did today (btw i forgot to include in all the things we got done yesterday, i got my hairs did and a pedicure ohhhh how i missed pedicures!), i had a few thoughts:

1) I think livejournal is a better outlet for my manic random thoughts. A lot of people say i'm a manic facebook updater, so i think this break is good from there.

2) i want to start making weekly goals. This weeks goals correspond mostly with my last post. Since my work week starts on Fridays, so will my "weekly goals". So here's week one's goal

A) Lose two pounds. I think this is highly attainable as i'm switching from vegetarian crap food to a more well rounded, vegetarian whole foods, gluten free - or nearly gluten free, diet. As it's my first go at it, i'm bound to make some mistakes or slip ups. This leads into a long term goal of losing 13.5lbs as soon as possible. No real time frame there though.

B) Walk around the building on my 2 breaks. I already do an incredible amount of walking since i'm a bus rider, but it'll be nice to walk without the weight of my back pack, and i don't have to listen to the smokers bitching.

C) Do my laundry when the small basket fills up.

D) Take my lunch to work every day this week.

E) E for EAT. Eat the recommended (by my doctor) amount of calories and eat all the fresh produce in my fridge and take the crappy supplements she gave my tummy feel a little funny. I am beyond ecstatic that she had a vegetarian formulation of the immunity supplement. Another reason i love her so far! (i guess this kinda goes with A, but eating the food in my fridge is a big deal, a lot of times i waste money by letting food go bad, but i tried to not buy more than i would eat!)

F) Extra Goal, as it might not be possible BUT If i'm feeling better by Monday, get back on track with hitting up Mt Tabor to do stairs/the track. I'd like to find my iPod for this one, but might bite the bullet and buy a new one.

So really i'm just giving myself 5 goals. I think that's managable, but it might be excessive. Anytime i meat a new doctor i get a little splurge of mania. It'll probably subside tomorrow. I'm putting reminders in my phone thought for my break times that say "GO WALK!"
