Aww, sorry I haven't left a real comment on this entry. I want to watch the videos! That makes me super sad that the Cleveland concert was the worst, because that's the only time I've seen RK live. :( I remember it a little differently than you do, but I also had nothing to compare it to.
It's cool that this concert was songs from multiple albums rather than just one. Though the new album has grown on me (a lot), I like some of the old ones too. And it's cool that they're incorporating Jenny's stuff, even if it is as "a cover." Ha ha ha.
Maybe instead of Cleveland they should come to Columbus. Not that I can guarantee there wouldn't be a frat boy audience here, but, um, it would be super convenient for me. And it would depend where they played... a smaller or non-sucky venue that doesn't advertise on the radio would probably be better than that place in Cleveland which seemed pretty frat-tatsic to begin with.
People kept throwing beer at the Cleveland show! Spence got hit in the head with a beer. Plus everyone was fighting all night! And they didn't have enough people at the door for the amount of people coming to the concert, so we had to wait in line FOREVER and we missed Tilly & the Wall (who is one of my favorites)!
Amanda was hoping that they'd play Always (no chance in Hell...) and at one point in between songs the drummer played the beginning drum part and she flipped out. I was hoping for With Arms Outstretched and The Good That Won't Come Out, so at least I got half of my wish.
