Turkish police have confirmed the killing of Iranian opposition journalist Masoud Molavi, days ago, in the neighborhood "Sisli" in Istanbul with 11 rounds.
Mawlawi, 32, presented himself to his followers on social media as a "scientist and inventor," a doctorate from the United States, and a "genius of artificial intelligence."
According to the network "BBC" said Molloy in previous statements, he is cooperating with the Turkish authorities in the manufacture of drones (Dron).
While the Iranian government cut off the Internet as a wave of protests swept through the country in which dozens were killed, there were reports of Maulavi's advice on how to bypass the Internet and follow the news on social media.

"Mawlawi is likely to be a double agent for Iran, the United States and possibly Turkey," says the independent NewsBound.
According to his website, Maulavi worked in the Iranian Ministry of Defense a few years before defecting, and also published photographs that he shared with former Iranian presidents, including Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, Mohammad Khatami, and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
A year ago, he was interviewed by Iran's Mehr news agency as "a medalist and a heroine," and was said to have invented a paper lamp that consumes little electricity.
In an interview, Maulvi described the performance of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani as a "bullet in the body of Iran's scientific elites."
"He traveled to Turkey a few years ago and cooperated with its military companies to build heavy Dron aircraft," he said.
Iranian dissident Saeed Karimian, director of GM TV, was also killed in Istanbul in a similar manner two years ago.
