Mike Tirico instantly became my favorite sportscaster when I heard him utter the following words:
"That's Darko Milicic; he used to be The Human Victory Cigar because you'd only see him on the floor when the game was already won."
How freakin' sweet would it be to be called The Human Victory Cigar, even if it wasn't necessarily complimentary?
Also, if anybody saw the Suns-Lakers game, you know how ridiculous Leandro Barbosa has become. He tried to cross somebody over, dropped the ball as he fell down, caught the ball again before he hit the floor and found the open man near the basket for the easy dunk. I mean, I've never seen a guy cross himself over in addition to the man guarding him. The Suns are just fun to watch, particularly when they shove it down Kobe's throat. Glorious.
