I briefly found a moment of serenity during my trip out here, and it's something I'd like to hold on to. I'm not sure how to describe it beyond that. It was a moment when much of what I've been worried with, in large and in detail, fell into perspective. I felt correct and aligned, despite of (or in light of) the fact that I am rapidly headed in ( Read more... )

I should have offered you a pair of adult diapers first, my bad. (Yay! I am glad you like them - I hope I can get more pictures arranged for the postin' before I get swept away by Electrokitty tomorrow.)

It sounds trite, but seeing the enormity of the country, and the variety of landscape character, really is something for the soul. I am infinitely glad we drove, rather than me taking a flight out.

"Enjoy the snow. :)"

Seattle still thinks it's the end of Winter. 51 degrees yesterday, although it's supposed to be warmer by the weekend. COLD AND WET!

Gosh, I hope people don't think I REALLY wet my pants.... :O

Ohhh you start already? How exciting!! It's so refreshing, and I'm so glad for you that you get to do what you WANT to do in life. ♥
This is an internship... and forgive me for being an ignoramus, but is it a paid one? I can't imagine it not being paid, but I should ask so that I have it all straight. o__O

Anyway, AWESOME. It is KITTY TIEM!!
And you must give us a full report on your day when you get back home!!

And no, it doesn't sound trite to enjoy the land... not to me. I'm glad that you can enjoy (and got the opportunity to enjoy) what is good and beautiful about our country. I do envy you that, my good sir. ;)
You got a chance to appreciate it... and DID, and I am glad.

LOL winter. XD
If it's winter in June, imagine what it'll be like in January!! We will see you in flannel!!! ;D

LOL, while the idea of my photography making you soil yourself is most choice, I knew you were being facetious. ;)

ALREADY! I am anxious, but in a good way. As long as he doesn't turn me away at the door after getting an initial look at me, and as long as I don't do something ridiculous like belly-flop on the console or insert my novice opinion at every turn, I think I'll be good to go. :)

I am not sure the music industry offers paid internships at all, because they really don't have too - there's always someone willing to take the opportunity for free, so the opportunity itself acts as the payment. I'd totally do a paid internship for free if it means getting the opportunity over not.

"I'm so glad for you that you get to do what you WANT to do in life. ♥ "I am just kind of marveling at that fact, myself. I have absolutely no job security (save for eBay, which can hardly be called secure), but it really feels worth it ( ... )

Ah! I knew YOU would get my silliness. ;D
You know me well, I would not doubt you!
*pees self*

So it's NOT a paid internship. o__O
You moved across the country to not get paid. :D
That, sir, is DEDICATION at its finest!! (and MUCH LUV for your friends Jean and Brian for giving you a place to rest your nog)
That rocks.

You'll make us all proud, dude! Just don't burn the place down or anything.... you know, yet. NOT YET. ;)

33 is FRIGGIN COLD as far as I'm concerned, lol. It gets that cold HERE, and I liken it to HELL. The cold part.
That's a nice high, though... I'd take that high. :D

*HUGS*
YOU WILL BE AWESOME. I know this, because you are ALREADY awesome. :D
