Okay, you had me completely twisted up in what was happening--wonderfully written Dean voice--but then I'm confused by the last three sentences.

I feel like I missed a clue. What does 'for him' mean?

Thanks for commenting! I'm glad you asked about the last line- I was going for a bit of obscurity here, maybe making people wonder just who Sam is talking about. I was hoping to imply that this Enochian phrase might be the one he said to Dean earlier in the dream(?) but I don't think that came through as strongly in this final version as it did in an earlier version. Therefore the fact that Sam as circled this phrase and put that could mean it's for Lucifer, who Sam (or Dean, depending on how you take the dream(?)) isn't sure is still gone, maybe for fighting Lucifer, maybe for helping him, or maybe the 'him' refers to Dean (which actually might fit a bit with the most recent episode of season 6, not to give anything away).

I actually did think it was the same Enochian phrase. My immediate reaction was that Lucifer is still in Sam and the Enochian is something to be used as a weapon on Dean--that is who I interpreted the "for him" to reference.

Which scares the crap out of me, if Lucifer is gunning for Dean via Sam.

I'd say that is a distinct possibility. Scares the crap out me too, but then that's pretty much all Sam has been so far doing this season.

Ooh, bizarre and disturbing dream-drunken-hallucination-vision *thing* and Sam's rather terrifying, isn't he, and, just....
Sam makes a gesture that could mean “yes” or it could mean “no” or it could mean “the devil ripped out a part of my soul and I’m not too concerned with getting it back.”

Oh wow, I love how fluid everything is while Dean's drunk--it was all wonderfully disturbing.
