Ori and Dlet appeared in the centre of Ori's living room. Ori immediately dropped to her knees, grabbing her head. "Owwwwww!"

Dlet dropped and wrapped her arms around her. "Honeym why didn't you tell me something?"

[spoongoddess]

I told you, I didn't wanna make you worry. It's pointless.

[dragonlet]

"I wanna worry," she told her, holding her and kissing her head. "Was it this bad in the Nexus?"

[spoongoddess]

She shook her head. "No, not this bad."

She whimpered. "'M sorry..."

[dragonlet]

"Maybe we should get back then," she mused. "What are you apologizing for? It's not your fault you're in this much pain."

[spoongoddess]

"No, no, gotta stay here. Need to be here." She winced as another wave of pain flashed inside her head. "Dlet, I'm sorry, I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to listen to her, I know you'd never..." Her face blanked for a few seconds.

"Just gotta stay here. Stay with me."

[dragonlet]

"But if it hurts more here...I think we should leave." She didn't move, though, holding her closer. "You know I'd never what lovely?" She frowned. "Has Splodey been bothering you again?"

[spoongoddess]

Ori gave her a look. "She never stopped. She's in my HE- what? Of course not. It's just... owwwww."

She snuggled a bit closer.

[dragonlet]

"What...was..that?" she asked shakily. "Oh..no. No." She held her tighter. "You're fighting her, aren't you? You've been fighting her, and that's why you've been getting headaches. Keep fighting, please honey." She kissed her temple, holding back tears.

[spoongoddess]

"I dunno what you're talking about, it's just headaches." She grasps the spoon necklace she has around her neck tightly. "Just headaches."

[dragonlet]

"You just started to say she was in your head," she said. "I know it. I'm not stupid, lovely, I know something's been going on since you got back. Something bad enough to give a goddess a headache? It's not just headaches." She started to cry a little.

[spoongoddess]

"'Let, 'Let, love, run. Please. Run away. Get out of my realm. Go to the Nexus." She was gripping the necklace so hard a trickle of blood ran down her hand.

[dragonlet]

"I am not going to leave you like this!" she said harshly. "Come with me, to the Nexus, to my world, please, we can be safe there." She covered the Ori's hand holding the necklace with her own.

[spoongoddess]

"Pleasedon'tleaveme. Please." She shook her head violently.

"NO. Go, 'Let, go if you love me. I can hurt you here, I can hurt you in your world, you need to get away from me, go to the Nexus, she's there, she'll hurt me if I see her."

[dragonlet]

"I don't want to leave you," she whispered, kissing her bloody hand. "Will she come here and hurt you when I go?"

[spoongoddess]

"I don't know. Get help. Please. Just go. Nonodon'tgodon'tleavemeyouCAN'T."

She jerks up suddenly, her necklace forming into a razor-edged spoon.
