i gotta say, i'm happier with kara than i have ever been, my entire whole short life.
also, i ran 11 miles this morning in 65 (+\-) degree weather, up to evanston and back. it was a good, sort of slow run, at 8-8:30 pace. when i got home, i took a shower and my hands went numb and they've been incredibly cold all day, so i think maybe i'll go play with the blood pressure machine at CVS or walgreens later and see where i'm at.
still at 127 dollars for fundraising. things aren't going very well. thanks chicago mail service.
