I love when Jack and the Pearl "converse". I believe he can hear her soul speaking to him. The close bond between a man and his ship is incredible. Gotta love Jack for trying to convey this to Will. And the Pearl for being willing to "share".

Thanks :) I love Jack/Pearl, and since it's an unusual relationship, it's so open to interpretation as to how it works (much like Jack himself).

I love how much Jack wants Will to understand and be able to communicate with the Pearl as well, for him to be able to feel her the way Jack does.

I think there should be more Will/Jack/Pearl out there, especially in Turrow. It's such an important relationship in Jack's life that I can't imagine it not making an appearance in their relationship.
