At my apartment complex, there is a patch of dirt which I refer to as the "poop area" where people take their dogs. It is about 20 feet on each side, with a dumpster on one side and a poop-bag dispenser on the other. They could NOT have made it easier to clean up after your dog if they tried.
There is also a $50 fine for not cleaning it up.
And still, people don't fucking do it! Which means when I go to take my dog out after dark, I run a large risk of stepping in a gigantic turd. And my dog runs an even bigger risk of stepping in it at any time of day because he's retarded. It is so fucking frustrating and inconsiderate.
I am seriously considering setting up my video camera in our bedroom window so I can figure out exactly who the culprits are and turn them all in. In the meantime I think I'm going to have to start stockpiling bags and find somewhere else to take him and then walk to the dumpster because I am fucking tired of dealing with this shit. Literally.
