Update!
I haven't updated in a while.
Well, there's a reason for that! Nothing's really been going on.
Well, ok there's this. I'm really pissed off at work. I found out why I'm barely getting 20 hours a week. It's because I didn't want to transfer to the Okemos store permanently, though there was never a condition that said "Erin, either transfer to Okemos, or stay here but work a lot less hours." I still would have stayed where I'm at, but at least I would have been prepared for the fact that I'll barely bring home 120 dollars every week. Then, there's also the fact that people who have not worked there as long as I have are making more an hour. Which really pisses me off. The atmosphere at Oade's has kind of changed I hate to say, and I am not approving.
I've actually lost some weight this summer, which is no small feat, and now that I've got my bike, I'm hoping I'll lose a little bit more before I go back. I'm actually pretty okay with who I am right now, which is probably more important in the long run.
And now, time to return to Harry Potter, who is beckoning me to finish him, even though I told him and myself that I would make the book last a week. Ah well.
