Well, I did not get the cat :/ Taran came with me to Petsmart to check her out, play with her, get to know her etc- but she just wasn't for me. She was really squeamish and tried to hide a lot. I guess our personalities just didn't click.
I also think she had some sort of upper respiratory problem as well as allergies. And she shed... a lot. Way more than I expected.
I feel bad for not getting her... :/ But I do understand that not every animal is going to mesh with me (hell, look at Sarah and Idalia's dog, Linus). It definitely took at least 7 different animal clinics until we found Buddy.
Blah... It was a bad idea to get her anyway... with the apartment complex being a no pet zone and charging a ridiculous amount of money if they DO catch an animal. Then the fact that I'm leaving in less than a year and so on and so on.
Blah.
