Arrival at the Training Academy
After a 2 1/2 hour car ride from my folks' house, I arrived in Elizabethtown at the Pa DOC Training Academy. I checked in and found that I have a room all to myself. I also lucked out in that my room is in the main building's basement, the main building being where most of the classes are held.
One of the other woman from Chester, Carmen, is in the room right next to me, so it should go pretty good for the next 5 weeks.
I do have internet access (no shit, since I'm posting this), so I'll try to update and let you guys know what's happening. For now though, I'm going to finish unpacking, set up my alarm clock, and maybe take a nap.
