I finally got my act together and have reported my phone stolen to Orange. I left it a while as in my naiivety, I thought that the taxi driver would do the decent thing and return it to me. Well he hasn't. The taxi company are trying to tell me it's a problem between me and the driver and nothing to do with them.

Their drivers are untrustworthy and try to overcharge you as well as steal your phone!!!!!
However, I can keep my number when I go get a new one which I'm going to have to go and do this afternoon.
