Two more all time lows -- morning reading of 120 and a after breakfast reading of 131.
My lowest after breakfast reading to date was 189 -- in fact post-breakfast had been a concern.
But this is a quantum leap forward -- today's reading was 72 points lower than the highest (and most recent_ post-breakfast reading. And 65 points lower than the initial post-breakfast reading.
So feeling accomplished.
Breakfast meal was three turkey sausages (2 grams of carbs) on a whole wheat English muffin (24 carbs) and half a pear (15 grams). Total: 41grams (remember, the budget is 45 grams).
Lunch was a turkey sandwich (6 grams) on 10 grain bread (32 grams) and eight carrots (6 grams). Total: 44 grams
Exercised with my sweetie for 30 minutes today -- a power walk DVD (15 minutes) and then stretching (15 minutes).
Dinner was roast beef (2 grams) with grilled vegetables (5 grams) and brown rice (20 grams) followed by my sweetie's celebration cake (almond meal) and sugar free frosting (13 grams). Total: 45 grams.
Today was my sweetie's 30 day anniversary without smoking a cigarette. She's been doing to walking DVD and Wii Fir Plus exercises for a few weeks so she's doing even more awesomely than I am.
A good day. Gonna experiment with a microwave egg thing tomorrow. Got my pre-cooked sausage and liquid eggs (0 grams of cholesteral!) for tomorrow.
Things are going really well.
