Kristina/Michael
Kristina’s felt this way often since waking up - a bit of discontent that buzzes around her brain, but it’s really starting to drive her mad. Watching that little bitch with her hand curled around Michael’s arm, bossing him around like he’s barely trash beneath her feet.
Michael, who’s been so nice to her since the coma. He deserves a hell of a lot better than that skank.
Later, when Michael is trying to pull her off his girlfriend, Kristina apologizes a million times for her brain damage, her lack of self-control, but honestly, she’d probably have jumped that girl anyway.
Johnny and Spinelli
“And this- “Johnny pointed at the contraption in the engine, and Spinelli stood on his tiptoes to see. “It can’t be too tight.”
The geek made an affirmative sound and turned back to his laptop to take note.
Johnny could get used to this. Spinelli knew just about everything, didn’t he, but cars - cars were Johnny’s game.
“The Dark Prince has been most obliging - the Jackal admits that without this esteemed wealth of knowledge offered to him, he daren’t once again tamper with Stone Cold’s mode of transportation.”
Johnny just grinned. It felt good to be the brains for once.
