HELP!!!
ok i decided to make a website today. it was my first time doing a layout like this and stuff.. i am just having trouble with the inline frame links. i am trying to make links under the inline frame. i am doing what the site told me to do with the inline frames and targeting.. but its not working. can someone help me?? and if you have a website.. can you send me the link so i can check it out? i love looking at websites.
