HELLO! I've returned! So here's a little update on what has been happening in my life lately:

I left Olympia and have moved up to Seattle for the next year while going to UW. I'm living in an awesome house with the neatest girls ever. I love it! My things are moved in and it feels like I have already lived here for quite awhile. Already we have had big dance parties, eaten many meals at our house and at the guys house on the next street over, the 32 girls altogether went to a neighbor's house for tea and breakfast and got assigned our small bible study groups, we joined in on the pep rally Friday night around greek row, the girls and guys all traveled over to Alki beach last night and had a gigantic bonfire and sang fun songs, and best of all I've had great conversations with everyone here and I'm continuously meeting new people and learning new names. This has been an amazing few days and I can't wait to see how the entire year turns out. Please, if anyone wants to visit I would love it. You can come over for dinner and it will be wonderful.

Today Ashley visited and it was fun as usual! I made quite a large purchase though...yes, I got the latest iPod Nano. It's TINY! I was able to get my student discount so it was $50 cheaper than at the Apple store, but now I feel like I'm broke. I originally went to get the iPod mini 4GB, but we found out they stopped selling those because of the Nano. I ended up getting that because it was the same price as the iPod mini 6GB which I didn't want so I thought, what the heck! I'll get it..so I purchased it, uploaded songs, and now I'm a happy girl. I will post pictures. The man at the store said the iPod Nano can be driven over by an Escalade and be dropped from 40 feet and it will not break. I don't know if I believe that because the thing is so small it looks like it will snap in half. He also said it is made with some sort of chip instead of a spinning piece like what is inside the iPod mini which tends to break. Supposedly also in extreme hot and cold conditions the iPod Nano will still work unlike the mini. These are all things I learned today upon making my decision to get it. Wow!

Well I'm off for now. I might start writing more in this these days since more things seem to be happening in my life. I hope everyone has had wonderful weekends. ADIOS!
