In English please...and why does it mess up my friends page -all the text runs off the side of the box.

It's a "template" of a spam that the spammer's forgotten to fill out. Do you remember mail merge? Same sort of thing.
It runs off the side because it's badged as "preformatted" so your web browser doesn't try to format it itself, and one of the lines is rather long.
