Question about kolinahr (More discussion, yay!)
I'm supposed to be editing two chapters of the Once and Future sequel, but have been getting caught up in discussion posts instead.
So, I figure I may as well make a discussion out of one of the reasons my editing of the (much) later chapter is going so poorly.
Two chapters of (shameless plug) Entanglement suddenly seem as if they might not work (and, unfortunately, another shameless plug one of them is due tomorrow night).
I made a few assumptions about kolinahr because I couldn't find enough canonical information on the subject.
Long story story short, does anyone here think (or know if) completing kolinahr banishes the Pon farr instinct?
I realize Pon farr is biological, but so much of Vulcan biology and physiology seems to be tied to their mental/emotional/psychological state.
