What's going to happen...
Hi everyone :) I thought we could update you on what's going to happen here at spock_uhura + some extra things as well.
I'd like to make clear that:
• we're not going to censor ANYTHING from the discussion posts here in the future. That was a one-time mistake and we learned from it. From now on we're going to stick to freezing threads if they become harsh and pointless.
• we're not going to stop people from posting discussion posts - whatever the subject, ever.
We're sorry if you thought this because of what happened a few days ago - this is our official policy and we're going to stick to it.
As for the rest...
• recumbentgoat & supremelurker are preparing historical context-discussion post(s) Star Trek and non-Star Trek related, if I got it right. (Again, if you need any help, let us know!)
• cleojones's taking care of a "HairCarnival" post, where everyone will be able to share experiences about hair and opinions on the matter.
• domluver will have a Suggestion/Open Box up soon (am I right? - let me know if you need help as well!) where everyone can give advices or takes on the subject. I'd suggest to wait for said post for comments/opinions, so we'll have all of them in one place, thanks.
If anyone wants to contribute in any way, let us know! :)
& on a totally different note - but since we're talking about *news* I thought I could post it with this - would you like to have Spock/Uhura Fanfiction Awards? I've never done anything similar before, but if you guys like the idea, I could organise something! We have lots of amazing fanfic writers here, and I thought it could be fun.
