During a visit, Spock & Uhura learn that New Vulcan is not only a difficult place to fit in, it may hold danger for Sarek. As outsiders, they struggle to uncover a plot & maintain their bond during a 'rough patch' in their relationship. Can the Enterprise crew & loyal Vulcans protect him? Can infinite diversity in infinite combination persist? Emotions may get in the way of civilized behavior.
