This weekend

If anyone wants to go to The Electric Six concert with me on Saturday night, speak up. It's going to be a fun time, and I plan to find some good trouble to get into after the show. Even if you're just interested in the after show hijinx, make your voice heard.

Also, I currently have no plans for Friday night, so if anyone has any ideas, I'm game. There's always drinking and carousing, but if anyone is interested, there are a bunch of electro-rock bands playing at Lenny's that night. I don't know anything about any of them, but it sounds like the show has potential if you're into that kind of thing.

Description of the show from this week's Creative Loafing:

A night of electro-rock and brooding synth-pop from four like-minded local acts. Attention System and SlowEarth employ electronica beats and driving guitars, while Spy for Hire and The Julia Dream channel The Cure, The Smiths, and Joy Division. Dj's F1-11 and Darby Driver also play. $7, $Free after midnight.

Sunday is a potential GA Renaissance Festival day, if anyone is interested, or there's always George Clinton and P'Funk playing at the Variety Sunday night, if that's more your speed.

I'm open to other ideas and suggestions. I'm feeling Randy and don't want to be flying solo this weekend, so help a brutha out and share some love, yo.

Wingmen, concubines, tagalongs, and sight-seers all welcome.
