There's this author on AO3 that writes a lot of Dean/John with most of them (if not all) bottom!John...

I did a search through AO3, but bottom JDM is like a frickin' unicorn in this fandom. Sorry I couldn't come up with more, but I'll be watching this post to see if anyone else does :)
