So, uh, I read this not long ago, and it's driving me crazy that I can't find it now.
Jensen sent Jared a video of himself stripping out of a suit. Jared found it very, very hot. It was totally out of the blue, though -- they weren't together at all, and Jensen freaked out after sending it, following it up with a whole bunch of texts about please ignore the thing I just sent.
