I'm looking for a fic where Sam and Dean got trapped in a cave which partially collapsed, concussing Dean and breaking Sam's leg. What I remember of it is that Sam isn't sure how long it will take Bobby to find them, so he is very stingy about the water, especially where he is concerned.
