J2 Underage or Winchesters (non bros) Underage Fic

This is my first time requesting something here so please excuse any mistakes.
1) First, I am looking for a J2/Wincest(non-brothers). I can't remember which, but O do remember the plot. It involved Sam/Jared visiting a summer house for summer with his family. In the woods, he meets badboy Jensen/Dean. Slowly but surely they both fall for each other but their are so many things stopping them from being together like Jared's bigoted parents (at least they were at first), Jared's homophobic friends, and also Jensen/Dean and his abusive parents. I believe that they were angry and bit at Jensen/Dean because they believed that he murdered his little sister (but, he actually didn't, it turned out that one of Sam/Jared's ex-friends had done it). Eventually Jared goes back home for school leaving a heartbroken Dean/Jensen behind. I think Jensen makes a deal of some sort with Jared's father to help him move to where they are going and get emancipated, so at the end, Jared and Jensen eventually meets up again.
